Refund Policy


We stand behind the quality of our products. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work for products purchased from Dr. Goodenowe Perpetual Health LLC (“Perpetual Health,” “we,” “us”), and how refunds are handled for memberships and services. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Products

Damage, defects, or an order error

If a product arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, let us know at cs@drgoodenowe.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a refund or replacement at no return-shipping cost to you. If we do not hear from you within 14 days of delivery, the product is considered satisfactory.

Returning a product

For any approved refund or replacement, please return all products you received within 14 days. Returns are inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a refund or replacement is issued.

Ordered in error or changed your mind

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for exchange or refund. In these cases, you are responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee applies; both the return shipping and the restocking fee are deducted from your refund once the product has been returned and inspected. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they fall under the damage, defect, or order-error situations above.

Final sale

Product purchases made during promotional events — including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other major sales — and any order placed using a coupon or discount code are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Memberships and subscriptions

You can cancel a membership or subscription at any time through your account or by emailing cs@drgoodenowe.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access through that period. Except where required by law, amounts already charged are non-refundable. Any products already shipped to you under a subscription are subject to the product terms above.

Services and programs

Services and programs offered under a separate written agreement are governed by that agreement, including its own cancellation and refund terms. This Refund Policy does not change or override those terms.

How to request a return or refund

To start a return, refund, or replacement, email us at cs@drgoodenowe.com within the timeframes above with your order number and a description of the issue (and photos, if the item arrived damaged). We will review your request and send return instructions where applicable. Our Customer Service team may make exceptions for products that arrive damaged or have a quality issue; standard returns for change of mind are handled as described above.
