Dr. Dayan Goodenowe is an accomplished PhD research scientist with an extensive body of peer-reviewed publications, patents, and decades of experience investigating the biological foundations of human health and longevity. Rather than building a traditional medical clinic, he created a guided research program dedicated to education, measurement, and personalized health exploration.
At the foundation of the work are plasmalogens, specialized phospholipids found in nearly every cell of your body and concentrated in the brain, nervous system, heart, and cell membranes. They support synaptic communication, neuronal function, myelin integrity, cellular resilience, and a healthy inflammatory response. As their levels decline, cells become less able to maintain normal communication and repair.
