Overview. These Mobile Messaging Terms ("Messaging Terms") govern the SMS and text message program (the "Program") operated by Dr. Goodenowe Perpetual Health LLC ("Perpetual Health," "we," "us," or "our"). They form part of our Terms of Service and incorporate our Privacy Policy. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Messaging Terms.

Changes to your number. Please tell us if you change or deactivate your mobile number so we can update our records.

Changes to these Messaging Terms. We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. Changes apply going forward, and your continued participation after they take effect means you accept the update.

Relationship to our Terms of Service. These Messaging Terms form part of our Terms of Service. The arbitration agreement, class action and jury trial waiver, California governing law, limitation of liability, and disclaimers in the Terms of Service apply to the Program.
