1. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

• Contact and identity details — your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
• Account details — the email or username you use to sign in, and any information you add to your account or membership profile. Your account is protected by a password you create, which is stored in encrypted form and is not visible to us.
• Order and membership details — the products you purchase, your order history, and your membership or subscription status and billing dates.
• Payment details — your payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. We receive limited information such as the payment method type, the last digits of your card, and confirmation that payment succeeded. We do not store your full payment-card number on our own systems.
• Communications — messages you send us by email, chat, phone, contact forms, or social media, and our records of those exchanges.
• Marketing preferences — your choices about receiving emails, texts, and other communications from us.
• Health- or wellness-related information you choose to provide — for example, in reviews, testimonials, or support requests.
• User content — reviews, comments, photos, survey responses, and other content you submit.

Information we collect automatically

• Device and connection data — IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language settings, and general location (such as your city or region) inferred from your IP address.
• Usage data — the pages and products you view, links you click, search terms, the website you came from, time spent, and how you navigate the Services.
• Email engagement — whether you open our emails and click links within them, often measured using pixels and web beacons.

• Our service providers, which help us run the store, process orders, and analyze usage.

4. How we share your information

We share personal information only as described here:

• Service providers and processors — companies that perform services on our behalf, such as our e-commerce platform, our payment processor, our subscription- and membership-management provider, email and marketing platforms, shipping and fulfillment partners, customer-support tools, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Advertising and analytics partners — as described in the Advertising and analytics section. Depending on the tools we use, some of this activity may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain U.S. state laws; you can opt out as described in the Your privacy rights section.
• Legal and safety reasons — when we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of you, us, or others.

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties in exchange for money.

We do not use health- or wellness-related information you provide to us for interest-based advertising.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why we hold it. When we no longer need your information, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please help protect your account by keeping your login credentials confidential.

8. International data transfers

We are based in the United States, and we and our service providers may process and store your information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a country that has not been recognized as providing an adequate level of protection, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (together with the UK Addendum or International Data Transfer Agreement, where applicable). Your choices

• Marketing communications — you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying STOP to texts, or contacting us. We may still send non-promotional messages about your orders, memberships, or account.
• Cookies and tracking — manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings and any cookie-preference controls we make available, and use opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where available.
• Your account — you can review and update certain information by signing in to your account or by contacting us.

U.S. residents

Depending on where you live, U.S. state privacy laws (such as those in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states) may give you the right to:

• know about and access the personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
• request correction of inaccurate personal information;
• request deletion of your personal information;
• opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising;

EU, UK, and EEA residents

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the GDPR or UK GDPR may apply, and Dr. Goodenowe Perpetual Health LLC acts as the “controller” of your personal information.

Legal bases. We process personal information where it is necessary to perform a contract with you (such as fulfilling an order or membership); where you have given consent (such as for certain marketing and cookies); where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (such as operating, securing, and improving the Services), balanced against your rights; or where it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
